Should OGOD be successful in Court, it can mean the end of (even voluntary participation in) Scripture reading and prayer, praise and worship, SCA and other Christian activities in public schools.

The ‘long march through the institutions’ as Italian Marxist Antonio Gramsci put it is working out real well. Instead of taking over a nation with tanks and bullets, why not just subvert it from within? Take over the main institutions of power and influence, such as the media, schools, churches, courts and so on, and you can capture a culture.

By now you must have heard of the court interdict that seeks to declare unconstitutional the Christian ethos and activities at six public schools in SA – four in Gauteng and two in the Western Cape.  The obvious objective of the athiest group, “Organisasie vir Godsdienste-Onderrig en Demokrasie” is to eradicate all Christian activity at state run schools.

Children especially are targeted because most New Agers believe that the innate innocence and sensitivity of children render them much closer to the influences of the spiritual world – such as the spirits who reside there.
